Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free for orders $69 and over (before tax and after any discounts), otherwise the cost is only $15. Unfortunately, expedited shipping service is not being offered at this time.

We currently ship out of Ontario, Canada and only to addresses within Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, we unfortunately will not be able to ship our products to you at this time.

Delivery time depends on your location, from 2 days up to 14 days for remote locations. We currently ship with Canada Post and when you complete your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once we have shipped your items, you will also receive an additional email allowing you to track your item until it arrives.

Returns and exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on our sexual furniture, providing the package has not been opened or used.  We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before a credit or exchange will be issued.  Proof of purchase will be required.

Contact our Customer Service department for an RMA number.  Courier or mail back the purchased item(s), making sure all information we need is provided to ensure we exchange or credit your account.  

Information needed includes the date and time of purchase, name, address, copy of purchase receipt, and why the product is being returned and RMA number.

Exchanges will be issued within 7 business days once the product is returned to our warehouse and our staff has inspected the returned product(s).  It is the customers responsibility to have the returned product shipped back to our company warehouse at their expense.  We are not responsible for products that do not safely make it back to our warehouse for exchange or credit.  Please include a correct phone number, an active email address so that we may contact you immediately if we need further information.  Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment.

We cannot take returns on sex toys or liquid lubes, with the exception of incorrect products sent in error.  In case of products sent in error, we will refund shipping cost incurred by the customer.
