Directions
Remove batteries if applicable. Spray Toy Cleaner onto cloth and wipe surface. Rinse without getting battery compartment wet. To extend life of toys, clean regularly.

Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our Company’s policy. We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on our sexual furniture, providing the package has not been opened or used. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before a credit or exchange will be issued. Proof of purchase will be required.
How to make a Return or Exchange
Contact our Customer Service department for an RMA number. Courier or mail back the purchased item(s), making sure all information we need is provided to ensure we exchange or credit your account.

Exchanges will be issued within 7 business days once the product is returned to our warehouse and our staff has inspected the returned product(s). It is the customers responsibility to have the returned product shipped back to our company warehouse at their expense. We are not responsible for products that do not safely make it back to our warehouse for exchange or credit. Please include a correct phone number, an active email address so that we may contact you immediately if we need further information. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment.
We cannot take returns on sex toys or liquid lubes, with the exception of incorrect products sent in error. In case of products sent in error, we will refund shipping cost incurred by the customer.
